About us

4T Psychological Consultancy Services was originally established in 2011 and has grown into a full-time private practice

JT Psychology offers evidenced based psychological interventions approved by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mentalisation based therapy (MBT), compassion based therapy and solution focused therapy. However, there is an integrative approach used which can consist of both psychodynamic and cognitive analytic styles in conjunction with CBT.

The aim of the Service is to provide expert, evidenced-based and discreet psychological treatment and interventions within the private sector.

The Consultant Clinical Psychologist is Dr Jamie Teare. Jamie is an internationally trained psychologist with over 25 years’ experience in adult mental health. He completed his formal training and qualified as a registered Psychologist in 1999 in Victoria, Australia.
